Digital delivery. All products are digital and delivered on screen right after payment is confirmed. Keep your order link — it shows your product again anytime.
Refunds. Because keys, accounts and activations are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, payments are not refundable once a product has been delivered. If a product does not work as described, contact support with your order number and we will replace it or help you.
Not delivered? If you paid and your order did not complete, contact support — every payment is recorded and will be delivered or refunded.
Correct details. For device activations, you are responsible for entering the correct Device ID. Activations cannot be undone.
Fair use. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent.
